| Comments: Went above and beyond to back out of sale after winning auction. We offered him an easy out agreeing to take the $7.50 to cover our fees, however, that wasn't good enough. Wanted us to send the gun across the country without paying us which is ridiculous. Bidder blocked, item relisted. |

| Rebuttal: It was brought to my attention that this item is c & r illegal. I did not want the batf knocking on my door for illegal criminal activities. I'm retired and don't have the funds for a legal defense. Sellers and auctionarms should ascertain a firearm is legal before posting. |
