| Rebuttal: The stock was not damaged when it left our business. It more than likely happened in ups's custody. I tried to call the customer to either return the rifle or pay for a new stock left a message with no call back. |

| Comments: Seller unwilling to complete the sale in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in their bidding documents. They insist on cash in full rather than a cashiers check plus sales tax for local pickup. Apparently the reason ist to pocket the sales tax and not report the sales and state. |

| Rebuttal: We do offer a full 7 day no shoot warranty. The customer gave us negative feedback because the rounds he shot were probably overpressured and got stuck in the chamber. | Comments: When the shotgun was examined it had only slide bar. The slide was almost imposible to operate. I took it apart hoping a cleaning would help. As I tok it apart there was a small key which attatched to the slide broken. It was past the deadline to return. I don't know if it can be fixed. |
