| Comments: J & G failed to contact me as requested in a timly manner. J & G has jumped to the conclusion that I am a dead beat, that is there choice. They need not worry about me bidding on any of their items. I will spend my money on folks that will honor a request by the buyer. |

| Rebuttal: I sent these guy a Auction Arms Invoice at end of the auction he bid on with all my payment info. All he had to do is call me witch he failed to hold up his end of bid and went and bid on another rifle before 10 days were up. He is a Deadbeat so watch out for this guy. He likes to change his mind. |

| Comments: There was an error on the part of the seller in his description. Seller was notified of the descrepancy and acknowledged this as an honest oversight. Excellent communications through out the entire transaction. All remaining attributes as described. Would do business with again. |
