| Comments: Non-paying winning bidder. E-mails went unanswered. Finally contacted him by phone. He claimed payment was sent. Two weeks later (three weeks after close of auction) still no payment. Sent 3 more e-mails inquiring about payment and never received response. |

| Comments: NON PAYING WINNING BIDDER. Claimed that he mailed payment and it must have gotten lost. Then he claimed that it took him over a week to stop payment on the lost check. Then he claimed he sent another check. After two more weeks of waiting, no check. Will not answer e-mail. |

| Rebuttal: Frist this seller gave the wrong address, which I sent payment too. Then my borther was killed in a car wreck. I tried to make this right. After I got back from taking care of his affairs. |
