| Comments: Called about this gun, was told it was in excellent working order. The gun does not lock up when operating in single action mode, the cylinder must be rotated sightly by hand to complete lock-up. I don't know if seller omitted this information intenionally or not. |

| Rebuttal: This was a new gun we do not go out field test new guns. All he has to do is send it in to get it fixed. He did not let me know about this gun |
