| Comments: Made deal to buy 3 lots of lead. Seller stated they had 7500lbs. One lot arrived, next day I got a note saying that they sold all the lead before my money arrived. I am glad they found a buyer to take it all, however we had a deal for 3 lots. The seller did refund my money. Sorry a deal is a deal |

| Rebuttal: - Bidder won the BASIC style auction he bid on - he asked about more availbale - he sent payment for two additioncal boxes - it sold before his check arrived, sorry he is upset... but he did get the auction item he bid on at the bid price and without delay. No injustic done! Unreasonably upset? |

| Comments: sent emails after they said package was shipped kept getting returned posted feedback and 2 months later got an email asking if I got my brass answered saying no rebuttal was posted saying they contacted me and i didnt respond so I must have received my brass now are harrassing me in my email. |

| Rebuttal: I am sorry this person felt I was harrassing him. We had moved, that is why it took so long for me to contact him, I was contacting him, to find out if he ever got the brass. |

| Comments: Buyer beware, I won an auction then I was told that the item was sold before my auction ended and Bullet man dan got more money from someone else so he is selling to them and not to me. This is not the way I do business. Watch out. |

| Rebuttal: I had item posted on an auction prior to this time, i had reposted because i had not heard from the winner of the first auction, after relisting i got a MO and an explanation from the winner of the first auction. I am very SORRY this happened, it was a circumstance beyond my control. |
