| Rebuttal: I just noticed this feedback and went back through all old email notifications I have from gunauction. I have nothing. Didn’t even realize I had won. My sincere apologies. Checking to see if somehow I was blocked with my email. |

| Comments: 2 guns, both advertised as shootable, good plinking guns. One damaged. I emailed seller within 3 days. Seller out of town for week. Gunsmith said not repairable. Seller said gunsmith took too long, 12 days. Seller would not give refund or compension. Gun sold as "parts gun". |

| Rebuttal: Guns when sent out were in good used shape and had a $1.00 start and NO Reserve. 17 days after the auction had closed he responded and wanted a $17 discount saying one was damaged. I offered 5 day return and customer didn't comply! |
