| Comments: Purchased & paid, seller agreed to delay shipment as I was out of town. Gun arrived seller had NOT disclosed pitting under refinish & Refused to take pistol back-would not honor 3 day inspection. HE is real sharpie, proceed with caution. Would not deal with him again nor would I take his word. |

| Rebuttal: I told him I would refund his money and then he said well the gun didn't really look bad and he would keep it if I would refund him part of the money.He was just trying to get a better deal |
