| Rebuttal: Yea, maybe alittle rage!! Gun was listed as VERYCLAEN,NO RUST!! Three Rust spots on outside of barrel, and a coating of surface rust in bore is no NO RUST. Is there anybody at auction arms that is Honest in there discription??? |

| Comments: NEVER CONTACTED ME THAT HE DIDN'T LIKE THE RIFLE, AND SAID I DIDN'T DESCRIBE RIFLE CORRECT.. MAYBE ITS THE BIG WORDS I USED. (WEARING TO BLUEING AT FRONT OF BARREL). THEN SAID NO BIG DEAL, IT WAS A CHEAP RIFLE AFTER ALL.. SELLERS BE- WARE, USE SMALLER WORDS AND DON'T EXSPECT A PHONE CALL. |

| Rebuttal: The seller failed to mention in his description that the bore was rusted so bad it is not useable(cannot see rifling!!!!). This I feel was deliberate, because he knew it would not be sellable if he disclosed this. He describe some discoloring around nipple area, not rusted bore. |
