| Comments: Customer backed out of deal after he bid on auction. Backed out of previous auction once before and we gave him a neutral after giving him the benefit of the doubt. Will not do so again. |

| Rebuttal: I took photos and description to Gunsmith He stated item should have been listed as parts gun due to the bent receiver(described as a small ding) with receiver and labor he stated it would be $$$$$$costley repair This is why rebuttle is NEGITIVE due to inaccurte description ! |
