| Comments: HIS auction never stated a shipping charge. So after winning the bid, he tacks on an additional charge higher than a long gun takes to send. I even further contacted and told him we could workout a compromise. His way was to just post a negative under my account. BUYERS BEWARE !!! |

| Rebuttal: I told you in the very first e-mail what shipping and ins. would be,$25, which is reasonable for having to provide a box, with fuel charges, and ins. on a $750 gun. You ignored it and sent a check for $750, I brought it to your attention and shipped the gun anyway and I never heard from you again. |
