| Rebuttal: Gentleman received his brick of Peters .22LR, as described. I travel with my work and cannot always respond timely to emails, or ship immediately upon receipt of payment. This can be confirmed by contacting him directly. |

| Rebuttal: $15.50 auction ends on 11th. Sends first email on the 12th with payment terms, no stipulation for contact,2nd email on the 13th threatening negative feedback and " final notice ". I answer " final notice ", tell him his customer service stinks, and offer to pay if he still wants it. Guess not. |

| Comments: I thought I was buying a MINT Box of .32 win spl. that were SILVERTIPS!!! I got a mint BOX with .32 win spl.soft points (1990's vintage). Great box ,but show me the SILVERTIPS!! |

| Rebuttal: This gentleman made no attempt to contact me upon receipt of his purchase to advise me that he was displeased with what he had received. Had he done so, I would have offered to replace the box or give him his money back. The first negative in over 180 posted positive transactions. |
