| Comments: Payment submitted through their website 30 Dec, payment was not processed until 7 Jan, item shipped 16 Jan, delivered to FFL Dealer on 22 Jan. Contact by phone was very difficult and replies to emails were sporatic. Transaction took longer than expected, but the item was as described once received. |

| Comments: It was a holiday weekend, they were not in office to check their inventory. I did not receive a gun....I got the shaft as I could have bid with someone else who had on in stock at that time. Poor way to run a buisness. I would not bid on any item they offer if I were you. |

| Comments: Purchased item at buy it now price, when I called to get a total with shipping and insurance, I was informed that the gun purchased is out of stock and they don't know when or if they are getting any more. Bad way to run a business. |

| Rebuttal: When the product left the warehouse; it was packed very well. We have no control once it leavves the warehouse on how UPS or USPS Postal Service handles the packages. |

| Comments: Shipped firearm to incorrect address. Was brought to their attention before delivery, they recalled shipment and reshipped another firearm. They did make efforts to correct the problem by reshipment, which did result in faster delivery than would have been had they waited for the orignal to return. |

| Comments: Seller is totally misrepresenting item and they know it. They are still offering the item on dutch eventhough I contacted them about the problem.I should have left negative feedback instead of neutral. You are only getting the sifter instead of the kit as described. |

| Comments: I was disappointed at having to pay $10.50 s&h for a small padded envelope and when the item arrived there was no wrench enclosed. In fairness I should have checked the s&h cost before hand and there was no wrench shown in the picture. Overall a disappointing transaction. |
