| Comments: i paid for the auction as soon as i could.i had a death in the family and tried to explain to karl that i would take care of the auction asap.not too understanding considering the auction was a total of $7.i had 50 positives before dealing with karl. |

| Rebuttal: The buyer is retaliating for neutral feedback left for him. He took 38 days to pay for an auction that stated payment was due 10 days from auction close. I shipped his item within 24hrs of payment. First I heard of a death in the family was today. I don't think he deserves a positive after 38 days. |
