| Comments: Rifle was as described and was well protected in shipping. A+ After receiving my dealer's FFL, a UPS shipping ticket was created on 14 March. Rifle was not shipped until 19 March. When my dealer received it, there was no FFL inside, which took a couple of days to receive. Total elapsed time 13 days |

| Rebuttal: I am very sorry about the shipping delay. Our usual shipping guy was out for a few days and we were having some trouble finding a good box to package the rifle well. Glad that you like the rifle and it was what you expected! We only send a copy of our FFL if requested which we're happy to do. Thanks |

| Rebuttal: This man never let us know about any problems. We would have been happy to refund his money or pay to fix the gun. Tracking numbers are give to all that ask for them. We have no control over USPS shipping time at Christmas. I wish we did??? We would still we happy to help you. just give us a call. |

| Rebuttal: Well that sounds good on paper, But when I called him, after 30 days of waiting for payment, the man that pick up the call said he would be back in 2 hours, call back then. When I called back in two hours no one picked up??? I left a message to please call me back when he got there. No return call? |

| Rebuttal: We looked at the photos also. Never seen the little nick in the wood this gent was talking about, but this is a vintage pocket auto and may have had one??? At any rate we would of been happy to fix the problem if we know there was one. We could of refunded his money also if needed. |

| Comments: Rifle was as described but had a loose sight.One of the barrel screw on forearm is missing.In addition,the packing was atrocious.The gun was floating in box and the sight was slightly damaged as it was produding outside the box(hole).Staff very responsive/polite otherwise it will be negative FB. |

| Rebuttal: As you can see by our feedback we do a more than fair job. We would be happy to replace what screw was missing? We do take great care in packing, a damage gun can be a returned gun. Bad for all parties. UPS sometimes handles thing very roughly wich can cause problems with the best packaged items. |
