| Comments: This buyer refused to provide an FFL. His so-called dealer also refused to provide an FFL. The buyer sent an envelope that may have contained a money order that had the incorrect name on it. It was returned unopened following a lengthily email battle that should never have taken place. BEWARE. |

| Rebuttal: I have used this FFL for over 30 transfers and have never had a problem. They send their FFls via e-mail. The seller would not cooperate with them. Money was sent. I think the seller is new at this and not up to date on AFT rules. |
