| Comments: He leave me negitive post on a penny auction an sayes i am ripping him off when the shipping fee is clearly shown on the front page of the auction an in the items description. Had 30 other penny auction close that week an not one of them had a problem with it or they had no problem reading terms. |

| Rebuttal: I had no problem with the auction item. The problem is being charged $15.00 for shipping and he shipped for $5.80 through the US Postal Service WHICH IS ILLEGAL. $15.00 is a reasonable charge if through UPS Ground which is legal. He probably made more on the shipping than he did on the item sold. |
