| Comments: Never disclosed on auction he would go on vacation on closing date. Would have to wait nearly a month or longer to recieve item, left no one to handle affairs. Unacceptable. |

| Rebuttal: Went out of town for 1 week during auction. Shipped item on the same day as returned. Seller got it 2 days later. This guy is just looking for something to complain about. He got exactly what he paid for without incident. We stand by our record.....Patience is a virtue some do not have! |

| Comments: Gun advertised as Factory new...on inspection it took all of 2 seconds to see the gun is obviously used!!! It was dirty, brass marks from cycling inside the slide along the breach, poorly packaged with magazines and gun coming in contact with each other causing scratches. Use caution. |

| Rebuttal: ALL guns are fired at the factory! This gun was brand new in the box. It was packed the way Beretta packs the gun. Some people are more anal then others. Just reading this guys e-mails and delay in payment should have been a clue that he would never be happy. We stand by our record! |
