| Rebuttal: Buyer should read the payment instructions prior to buying product. She didn't even know about the FFL process. She thought you just called in a CC # and ship a gun right to her daughter in another state. Got upset when we told her we needed the FFL & MO mailed to us. This isn't AVON! |

| Comments: Gun was as expected and shipped proptely, but communication was poor. Sent 2 e-mails, no response, finally had to call. Never even got a e-mail at first where to send payment to. DaMoose |

| Rebuttal: We thought bidder was notified. We rec'vd payment promptly and sent gun out the same day. Great product,great price. Buyer might have just missed e-mail or it could have been returned back to us I don't know. At least we got paid and he got his gun in a timely mannor. Sorry he wasn't happy. We try. |
