| Comments: Item sold 5/25, was invoiced on 5/25, invoiced again on 6/1, no reply or payment. As I told customer if he could show his communications I would change to neutral, He could show sending FFL.I already have bids on relist so this can not be completed. |

| Rebuttal: if he knew the law on shipping ammo he would understand the cost involved. i charge by the the price UPS charges me he bought 2 boxes of ammo 40rds. i combine shipping to save money and he's complaining what a looser |

| Rebuttal: needs to be more attentive and send a tracking number on ammo to make sure it doesnt end up in the wrong hands and who can sit around waiting for an ammo shippment after payment is sent... we all have lives.. it's a courtesy to send the tracking number not a chore as seller remember that |

| Comments: got them poor packing shattered 1 case and it ruined 7 rounds will not buy again from this seller---------- UPDATE in reply to reply from seller may 13 2010 UPS stated the item was dented prior to shipment so they wont cover it |
