| Comments: He sent ck-I waited for it to clear-then shipped. Customer got very impatient & I got many E mails I did not deserve. He gave me a Neutral because USPS took 19 days/not my fault. I should have gotten an opology for some of the things he said. |

| Rebuttal: An apology ,you have a lot of nerve . You changed your story at least 3 times Even said that your so busy you cant locate items from other sales. I was nothing but polite and honest with you. Are you going to use your grandchildren as another excuse for your incompotence ! Buyers beware |
