Comments: Listed as carbide dies they were not (were steel) rust on one die and the rest do not have the appearance of NEW dies , I have ordered a NEW die set from a reputable dealer , bottom line do not offer something as new when it is not , I'm only dealing with 100% positive feed back from now on

Comments: This seller was somewhat misleading in his item description. He did not state that the stock was split and the "scratches on bottom of flash hider are actually gouges where someone tried to remove it with a torch. I will not do business with this seller again.

Rebuttal: I tried to represent the description of the weapon to the best of my ability. The weapon was selling for 30% the cost of a new one. Please ask for more photos or ask more questions if you have any concerns. I'll even take it to a gun dealer and let you talk to the dealer. Sincerely, Paul

Comments: Rifle was not matching, dated, or numbered as stated in ad. Packed poorly. I had to sell it at a loss, BUT the seller DID make up the difference in $. At least he did help correct the mistake.

Rebuttal: I was going by an appraissal that I had done at a reputable dealer. I offered to take the weapon back but a partial refund was requested instead. It is possible that I read the wrong appraissal form; either way it was an honest mistake that I was happy to remedy.
