| Rebuttal: It is state and not stated. My home address is in Kansas where I wanted the mags shipped. I do not want to break any laws and this wouldn't because the address of the credit card he would have taken would have been the same in Kansas. Now he left me neutral, I get to leave him negative. |

| Rebuttal: I was planning on returning the excess portion of the shipping until he called my home a craphole. The city is a craphole but my home is clean, neat and perfect for my two kids. He just coudn't keep his thoughts to himself. |
