| Comments: Seller left untrue feedback. I was very clear in my communication with him that rather than receive the gun and return I would make it easier on him and not send funds....not sure I understand his problem? The gun was WAY over priced. |

| Rebuttal: FEED BACK WAS TRUE,I HAVE ALL EMAILS.HE MADE A BID ON A CELL PH. THEN SAW IT ON A COMP. I SENT CLOSEUP PHOTOS HE REQUESTED. NOW HE SAYS IT WAS OVERPRICED.RIFLE WAS AS DESCRIBED.HE SHOULD CHECK THINGS BEFORE BIDDING. DONT LIKE PRICE OR LOOKS. DONT BID |

| Rebuttal: NO BAIT AND SWITCH.FOR WHATEVER REASON HE HAS BEEN LYING ALL ALONG DURING EMAILS.LYING ABOUT FINE PRINT,HIDDEN CHARGES,HIS FFL HOLDER SUPPLING AN FFL.WHEN CONFRONTED HE IS STILL AT IT. I HAVE COPYS OF ALL EMAILS BETWEEN US,THAT WILL PROVE WHAT I AM SAYING IS THE TRUTH. |
