| Comments: Auction closed 2/1/07,payment by paypal, I shipped item 2/2/07 with 4 to 6 day delivery. buyer e mailed me 3 weeks later was unhappy wanted half his money back,I offered him full refund, he refused.Auction has e mail to sellers for any questions buyers might have. I would be careful. |

| Rebuttal: A complete liar. Gun was not received until 2/16/07...two weekl late and this seller was fully aware by e-mail. Refused full refund to include shipping as his item description was misleading and deceptive..read it for yourself and see if he mentions repaint or dents in barrel? |
