| Comments: Gun received was "Exactly as displayed." Shipping was slow. He stated he was busy. Auction closed on 4/11/05. I got the gun about three weeks later. |

| Rebuttal: Perhaps but payment arrived Apr 21 and waited for FFL too because gun was packed and ready to ship for at least a week after that before FFL arrived. Gun shipped May 4th, arrived May 6th. Buyer changed original FFL to another FFL. Any delay on my end was not more that three or four days, not 3 wks. |
