| Comments: THIS ONE IS EASY. I BOUGHT THE PISTOL THEN THEY SAID A DAY LATER WE DON'T WANT TO SHIP TO CA.THE AD SAID NOTHING ABOUT THAT I OFFRED TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE PAPER WORK!I ASKED IF I COULD HAVE SOMEONE PICK IT UP NO ANSWER ON THAT ONE. MIGHT HAVE BEEN TOO CHEAP? OR JUST LAZY |

| Rebuttal: We are not registered in California and cant ship to California. He says "come on dont let those assholes win" I now understand why Cal. has strict gun laws because of people like him, luckily he can only hurt me with an unwarranted neg feedback and not a gun. All because I wont break the law. |

| Comments: I was high bidder of 19 bids and was notified as WINNER of Auction by AUCTION ARMS.This seller stated he would not honor the auction but would let me have the gun for $333.34 more than the winning bid of $416.66 as they thought $750 was more fair for this gun.No response from the Hammer. |

| Comments: Never contacted me after I won the bid. This after we had agreed on a layaway plan before I bid. "The Seller must contact the Buyer within 3 Business Days of the close of the auction." Clearly stated in AA's rules. Ohh, well. Good luck in selling the Hakim I guess. |

| Rebuttal: My Guess is waiting for 3 weeks for deposit or something is sufficient. Never even attempted to pay! I am resposible for contacting the winner? It is auto thru AA. Do I have to make sure he goes to the post office to? |

| Comments: Listed and sold me a gun he didn't even have. Told me he would have to give me a refund which took over a week and a half to receive. Then I got charged $2.00 to cash the Western Union money order. Ended up losing time and money on this deal! Not very professional but at least I got my money back. |
