| Comments: This seller did not contact me. I sent IT two emails. NO RESPONSE. If you want to be treated like you don't count try mkubes. I don't think IT should be allowed to waste our time. |

| Comments: Communication was next to impossible. Rifle shipped two weeks after payment/ffl received. Needed additional US parts to be legal. Receiver was ITM, not advertised Ohio Ordnance. Finish was grill paint, not advertised baked enamel. Magazine not sent. Worst online transaction Ive ever done. |

| Comments: Be careful when bidding on auctions from this dealer. I sent my payment to them on Oct. 17th and haven't recieved my auction as of today, Nov. 9th. I inquired previously about it and they didn't respond, other than to ask my name. Seems to be very poor business techniques. BUYER BEWARE!! |

| Rebuttal: I have sent TWO items to him, One was shipped OCT 20th and the other on NOV 5 via 1rst class US Mail, I will send ANOTHER Via UPS 2nd Day Air, IF YOU PLEASE VERIFY ADDRESS.( don't want to send another into the abyss) |

| Comments: I hesitate to leave negative f/b but have no choice. I bought a receiver from MKubes on 7 May. By 11 May, my MO for the amount and FFL were in the mail. After informing him, I have heard nothing. I have sent 3 emails, asking info on the transaction. It is 5 June and I have no reply and no receiver. |

| Comments: Cashed my money order 3 APR no receiver.Sent two e-mails he asks me to send him my name and FFl dealer, which was with the money order. Bad business. So I asked for money back haven't herd a word since.BUYER BEWARE |

| Rebuttal: The problem was the FFL, Whether I misplaced it or did not get it. Could not ship without FFL. There was a delay but He NOW has his receiver. |

| Comments: I was the high bidder on a Reserve Style Auction. I met his Reserve Price and received an e-mail from Auction Arms stating that I had won. I gave him a day to send me an e-mail. When he did not, I e-mailed him. I still have not heard from him. It has been four days since the close of the auction, and still no contact from his end. Perhaps if a seller is not willing to sell an item for a certain price, he should not sell it at auction. |

| Rebuttal: Obviously a newbie on the on-line auction scene, auction closed over a weekend and there was a delay in notifying him, but it was not excessive and in my opinion not a reason to receive a negative feedback. |

| Comments: Sent money order on 4/20 for winning bid as instructed. Have not recieved ammo as of 5/12. Has not answered numerous emails. Will not do business with this person again. |
