| Comments: When I tried to call the phone # listed on my invoice it was not a working # so I pulled my money and finally talked to this man told him I was scammed out of 3200.00 and didnt want this to happen again so he labeled me a deadbeat and posted my name. This website doesnt try to help so fuck off |

| Rebuttal: This fellow has a real paranoia problem. As we are snowbirds, I had not updated my phone #, email was fine. I emailed him and called him to no avail. He wated me to send him the rifle and be allowed to pay me after he inspected it!!. He's banned from my auctions, you should do the same. |

| Comments: Would not recommend dealer. Posting did not state that gun would be shipped in 6 mos. After 4 calls and 2 emails, rec'd inv., only after agreeing to send pymt in full, seller said gun would not ship til June or July. Auction Arms advises this is violation of t/c. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer very confused. Lay-a-way auctions are set up to allow buyer to pay over time, receiving item when payments complete. JC Penny & Sears started this over 100 years ago. I never demanded payment in full. My invoice to buyer clearly shows the schedule of payments. My OTHER F/B speaks for itself ! |
