| Comments: Sore losers lost money on auction. Tried to make it up by charging $60 shipping after the fact. Unacceptable. Claimed that's the actual cost. I asked them to show me a quote for that amount. Refused. They didn't get what they wanted on the auction and tried to pad the profit on back end. Swindlers! |

| Rebuttal: There was no payment or contact from bidder 15 days after the close of the auction. When he did contact us, he stated he had been out of the state & unable to complete the transaction. Deadbeat bidder was offered comparable pistols for the same price - he did not respond to the offer. DEAD BEAT GUY! |

| Rebuttal: Buyer asked NO questions prior to bidding on the auction, had NO knowledge of firearms prior to buying the firearm but was offered a full refund to return the item. Buyer ignored request to return the firearm so no refund could be made. Sellers, beware of Ignorant buyers like this! |

| Comments: The gun was advertised as "collector", which infers it was a Nazi era P-38. It't not; it's a post-war Walther P-38. Also, the shipping was advertised as UPS or USPS, which is $15.00 to $25.00. No shipping fee was advertised, So the extra shipping price was tacked on AFTER the auction. |

| Rebuttal: We offered this buyer a 100% refund that he turned down. I am not sure what else we could have done. We will still offer this refund today. We sell many items and we are sorry that their was a communication error on our part. Thanks, Max Pawn |
