| Comments: BECAREFUL HE CLAIMED STOCK WAS BROKEN FEDEX INSPECTED PKG.FOUND NO FAULT IN SHPED. GUN WAS FINE.HE USED OUR FEDEX ACT. 2 MTH. LATER TO SEND A PKG.THAT WE NEVER RECEIVED. HE STATED HE REFUSED THE PKG WHEN IT WAS ORIGINALLY SHPED. BUT GUN HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED.TRIED TO PLEASE NOTHING WORKED. |

| Rebuttal: When the rifle came in it was broken. Fedex never examined the box. Seller said he would reimburse for stock and never did. Fedex scans my account number when they pick up.They would not have taken the package with a different account number. See my track record on Gunbroker.com. Same user name |
