| Rebuttal: Rebuttal: Customer was aware of this issue and that there would be a delay because of this. Customer was also well aware that we would make it right and professed his happiness with our attempts to satisfy him. Customer then chose to post poor feedback not once, but twice on this same issue. |

| Rebuttal: Item was listed twice in error - Customer was aware of this issue and that we would have to locate another rifle for him prior to shipping. Customers items were shipped for free and the firearms were both equipped with a scope at no charge because of the delay. Superpawn desires 100% satisfaction. |
