| Rebuttal: TRUE... I confused his listing of NEW Kimber Royal II with the NEW "VERSION" Kimber Royal II. My fault, not his. I suggested he contact the next highest bidder and I would re-imburse for any difference of monetary loss, for my mistake. |

| Rebuttal: I believe my son had received access to my account & email for this transaction and one other. I have taken the necessary steps to insure this may not be repeated. I apologize shamefully for any inconvenience this may have caused. Not an excuse... merely an explanation. |
