| Comments: 13 DAYS AFTER AUCTION CLOSE I EMAIL BUYER AGAIN. BUYER SAID HE HAD BEEN "IN THE FIELD AT FORT HOOD. WILL SEND MONEY TODAY". I EMAILED AGAIN 10 DAYS LATER. AT 30 DAYS AFTER AUCTION CLOSE I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT OR ANY OTHER CONTACT FROM BUYER. |

| Rebuttal: Yes I did drop the ball on this one by July 27th I was in the sand box overseas for 18 months then elsewhere,,, now I am back and it will not happen again. |
