| Comments: I did not receive the gun. He said he dropped it,maby he did.I asked him to send pictures of the damage but I did not receive any. He did send my postal money order back , so I am only out two trips two town plus what ever time my ffl dealer had invested. |

| Rebuttal: I did drop the gun. It was hurt badly. The stock was dented in around the receiver/barrel area and the top of barrel receiver was scratched down to bare metal. I told him I would not sell it in the state it was in. No need to send pics. I promptly sent his money order back. Nothing more I could do! |
