| Rebuttal: Went to durys on dec 17th to pick up the beretta and had steve who is a sales associate be unprofessional. So I left being the 3rd time I've had issues with him. Met with Johnnie Dury on Dec 19th and all was corrected. Filled out a 4473 form and the Beretta is currently at my house with a receipt. |
