| Comments: Poor packing, slow shipping, 9 days to receive by Parcel Post & underinsured. I had to contact to find out what was taking so long. I was lucky to get the rifle in one piece. This guy treated me as if he was the customer!! Do not be in a hurry with this seller!! Rude & inconsiderate. |

| Rebuttal: Very rude person to deal with. First he insisted the tracking number was wrong (it wasn't). Then he complained about the method of shipping as well as the way it was insured! A problem child for sure. |

| Comments: Third rifle purchased from this seller. Asked for rifle to be packed and not just put in a shipping box loose. Arrived with no packing, muzzle had punched holes in the bottom of the shipping box. |

| Rebuttal: This buyer admits in emails to disassembling rifle and evidently even shooting it, then sends rifle back for refund. He even offered to "repair it" before he sent it back. Now he complains that the barrels on multiple shipments are "sticking out of the boxes"? Amazing. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer is a dealer that ordered this for a customer that backed out of the deal for some reason. Despite this, I offered a 100% refund which he refused. He's now making up stories about the gun's poor condition. If it was that bad, why not send it back for the refund??? |
