| Comments: He told me after the auction closed "We were under the assumption this model was allowed in my State, the receiving FFL tells me it is not. so you can relist the item" So we did the next day. Might have reconsidered original feedback until he called and proceeded to tell me how stupid I was |

| Rebuttal: I live in MD and the item was not in our State Roster acording to an FFL here in Maryland who was incorrect in that statement. Tried to reason with the seller but he'd already jumped the gun (NPI) on issuing this -. Am trying to reconcile with the seller. I really want the unit if he'll reconsider. |
