| Comments: ITEM NEVER RECEIVED. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND IT AND THAT IT MAY HAVE BEEN SOLD IN THEIR STORE. SELLER NEVER CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME. EMAIL REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION WENT UNANSWERED. I HAD TO CALL THEM A MONTH LATER TO BE TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND IT. |

| Comments: Follow up for status regularly and routinely. Here's why: 5/20 auction ends, FFL faxed to seller. Cashier's check sent Priority Mail 5/21 rec'd 5/23. 5/28 called for status--holding for FFL! Tell my dealer to e-mail FFL. The gun was not shipped til 6/1 and received at my FFL on 6/7. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer got the gun waited more than 7 days after saying he was keeping the gun and then wanted to return it. We took the gun back no questions and got this for our efforts. |
