| Comments: 1. VERY poor communications. It took over a week to respond to my emails. 2. Seller was EXTREMELY slow to ship my rifle, despite my sending him a money order. 3. The rifle stock was broken in two upon arrival, due to rough handling at the post office and POOR packing of the rifle. |

| Rebuttal: This negative feedback is a mystery to me. I received no email whatsoever from the customer that the rifle was damaged. The rifle was carefully packed, and the shipment was fully insured. This should have been an easy problem to resolve without acrimony. |

| Rebuttal: We've sent two emails to this individual requesting payment for a $9.99 item. Both emails included our address and phone number. The bidder should have had no problem in contacting us. He is either a deadbeat bidder, or, has computer problems. This negative feedback is completely unwarranted. |
