| Comments: I Bid # 3306869 by all indications it appears that I was the highest bidder. Yet status remains blank and there is no notification has been sent. What's the deal. I did not bid on other items as I needed to see the outcome of this first. |

| Rebuttal: Auction # 3306869 is a Reserve Auction that concluded without the reserve being met, thus neither seller nor bidder have any obligation. The individual posting this neutral rating apparently does not understand the workings of a Reserve auction. |
