Emailed, said he sent a check. 3 weeks still no FFL or check; called all 3 numbers he has listed. 2 are not his, 3rd answered with "don't call again" and my number blocked. |

| Comments: Auction closed June 23rd and customer emailed to say he would call to pay and send FFL. Never received payment, FFL, or update from customer. Now see account is disabled and customer still not returning emails. No choice but to relist with neg for relist credit. |

Comments: Five weeks now and no payment. Said money was sent and stolen in the mail. Looking at feedback, I see he's won a dozen auctions since he bid on my rifle. Would have been nice to take care of the prior obligations first. Won't return email now. Blocked from bidding in my auctions. Excuses? |

| Rebuttal: Bank check was sent on 6/13. Seller never contacted me prior to posting feedback to tell me he had not received the check. A replacement will be sent promptly. |
