| Comments: Individual never sent payment when he said he was. Tried e-mailing at least 5 times and called 4 times with no response back. If he didn't want the gun he could of at least had the courtsey to tell me. I will not deal with this person again. |

| Rebuttal: This is for auction #6809958, This guy lied! I sent three e-mails using auction arms e-mail system, and he did not e-mail me back not one time! Yes, someone did call, but who? I told the person one the phone you must e-mail me shipping info first, he never did. stay away from this person!!!!!!!!! |

| Comments: Ad said good barrel,wood. It was a dissasembled smoothbore trainer with the parts set to look complete in photo.Even the barrel was unscrewed! Returned for refund, which was never sent. I feel others need to be warned about this seller. |

| Rebuttal: It was a rifled barrel, yes the barrel was loose however I stated that this was a PARTS RIFLE "ONLY" multiple times!!! We mailed refund not sure @this time why hasn't been recieved, we are working w/ the post office. |

| Rebuttal: I emailed this person 3 times with no response. If he didn't want the rifle, should have let me know, there were plenty of people who wanted the gun. It's amazing that he didn't have time to email me but found the time to try and save face by posting a negative mark against me. "Some People!" |

| Comments: Non Payer.... Refused to pay for item in 30 days. Guy had the nerve to ask for additional of the same and continued with emails promising payment. This immature individual kept changing his mind... His word is totally worthless and is not to be trusted. Grow up Hon and quit being a child!!! |

| Rebuttal: We had a real bad thunderstorm here and it flooded. I did not hava a chance to mail a payment to them. They were not understanding of my situation. So those of you who live in the real world and are not in control of the acts of god steer clear of the more mature people like destiny. |
