No mention was made of items removed in the narrative. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FINE PRINT. Will NOT TALK ON THE PHONE. |

| Rebuttal: Sellers beware! Told buyers the relisted auction came with new UK surplus cheek rest only. Everyone out there with background items better start shipping those items with the item sold...that is unless you put it in the fine print! Buyer just send the rifle back for a refund & READ auctions! |

| Comments: Took 20 days to get item. Item was worthless. Contacted seller, told me I did not ask the right questions.Picture taken to hide known defects. Seller said the op-rod was in very good condition, in reality it had been reparked over a badly pitted surface with an oversized gas piston attatched. |

| Rebuttal: Clear pic, item never refinshed and was looked @ by gunsmith before posted. Feel buyer changed his mind about item before ever getting it and used threats to try to get refund. Beware of this buyer. |

| Comments: He did get item to me right away. Requested the phone number several times but was ignored. This violates a site rule. Comfort level on this transaction was very low and I was relieved to receive the item. If you buy something from 107 be prepared for very short answers or none at all. |
