| Rebuttal: A gun can be new and handled in the gun shop repeatedly and still be an unfired new gun. Sorry, this happens rarely but sometimes is unavoable. |

| Comments: This gun was listed as "Excellent." What I discovered was the gun's stock (a 12 gauge side by side) had been cut down to 12 1/2 inches. The stock had deep gouges and the barrels have two areas of exterior pitting and deep scratches. “Excellent??” |

| Comments: The 'box' was not the gun's original box. The gun was covered in what appears to be the residue from the original box or case. It was imbedded in the grips and covered the gun internally and externally. Once cleaned up, the gun is as advertised, new and unfired. |
