| Comments: BUYER BEWARE! This seller refuses to comply with their own payment instructions. Stated Mastercard, Visa, Cashier’s checks are acceptable. I sent cashier's check and still had to wait 10 days shipment! Staff needs to read and follow their own instructions. |

| Comments: Item received. Described as "there are scratches on the cylinder & the end of the barrel.”Factually, they’re many deep gouges in those areas impossible to buff or polish out. I won’t spend $60 for the privilege of looking at & returning his item. I'll never make another purchase from Seller! |

| Rebuttal: This person paid $59 for a used .22 rifle. The firing pin was broken in the bolt which we didn't know and couldn't fix. Full refund.Gun was not junk. But not new either. Maybe if you want a "new" gun, buy one and pay "new" price! |

| Comments: After the auction was won by me, seller did not answer any of my emails. I finally called them to induce shipping or my money back. I did finally receive the gun. This transaction took over 3 weeks. I remain cautious on using this seller again. |

| Rebuttal: A 1991A1 was listed 1911A1. Our fault. Before he even paid he asked to have the Mdl. repeated when he called. He was given the Mdl. and he stated he didn't want the Colt since it wasn't listed correctly. No money changed hands, no gun delivered. We made a honest mistake. SHN |

| Comments: It's been 12 days since they recieved payment(cashiers check) and I don't have the merchandise, 2 e-mails have not been answered and 3 phone calls have been disconnected by their answering machine. I'm not a happy camper!! |

| Comments: I was top bid but did not reach reserve. In order to bump up to the reserve, I asked for more specific details - silence. More Emails- more silence!. Finally a contact because they didn't remember who I was. More requests for specific info and more silence. You have to really wonder if the orginal decription of "fine" was accurate. No excuse for this unless they didn't want to get pinned down on this. NEVER-NEVER do business with this type of operation. |
