| Comments: Purchaed the gun as NIB. Received with scraches and no damage to the box suggesting damage during shipping. I beleive seller misreresent the gun. I feel the seller was aware of the problem at all times. when notify the seller he offered $50 refund and when I accept he stoped answering my E-mails. |

| Rebuttal: The rifle was new in the box with no marks or damage when it left.The discription was accurate and correct.I asked for pictures of the damage and never got any.I offered a refund on more than 3 occasions and after 2 months told him to return the rifle or the sale was final.What else could I do? |
