| Comments: The rifle was grossly misrepresented, described as NRA Factory New. It had been fired a lots, NRA 90%, the rifle had been modified with fully auto hammer. Claims he gets "factory fresh" rifles from Colt like that all the time. I will write it off as a bad deal but people need to know. |

| Comments: Everything went smooth except the seller made the mistake of listing the item with 2 10 round mags. The gun came with one 10 round and one 5 round. Usually wouldn't be a big deal but VEPR mags are hard to find and about $50-$60. Seller's only offer was to send the rifle back. |

| Rebuttal: We are the largest inventoried dealer in L.A. County 3000 guns in stock. When you sell as many guns as we do your bound to make a mistake, especially a minor one. I had no more mags for this gun that we took in over the counter. I offered to refund money, for shipping and all, what else could I do? |

| Comments: I EMAILED OUTLAW 12-14 & 12-16 THRU AUCTION ARMS ASKING FOR ADDRESS INFO. NO ANSWER. HE EMAILED ME 12-29 THREATENING ME WITH NEG FEEDBACK.I ANSWERED HIS EMAIL 12-29. ON 12-30 I FORWARDED TO HIS EMAIL ADDRESS COPIES OF MY ORIGINAL 2 EMAILS THRU AA DON'T KNOW WHY HE WOULD NOT ANSWER. |

| Rebuttal: Sent this guy our address 3 times, before we got our money, was getting a little old. Yes he kept asking for mailing address, which we kept giving him, obviously didn't have the money and was stalling! |
