| Comments: Auction ended 12/16/15, invoice sent - no response. Phone calls unreturned. 2nd invoice/reminder sent 1/6/16 - no response. Final Phone voice mail left on 1/9/16 with still no response, either voice or email. Obviously this fellow is yet another DEADBEAT BIDDER. |

| Rebuttal: False, didn't respond to several messages, never left any messages after original invoice never called or left voicemail. I left messages on several occasions that I was in the hospital recovering from a heart attack and needed some additional time to pay. Payment was sent. |
