| Rebuttal: Took 7 days for his personal check to arrive then as I told him personal check was held to clear bank. Burned before on bounced checks after shipping product. |

| Rebuttal: Problem was that KMA had given Auction Arms incorrect return email address(all caps). I had to call Alaska on my dime to make contact!! He jumped the gun on feedback before realizing problem was on his end! No harm-no fault. I'm looking forward to more transactions with KMA! |
